Triangle Therapeutic Riding - bringing Rider, Horse, and Instructor together to promote emotional, social, and physical growth for all our riders, regardless of ability. We believe that our riders should be given opportunities to achieve new successes through learning about horsemanship and riding. With each new milestone, the rider experiences a new feeling of accomplishment and personal reward that carries over to everyday life.
Triangle is currently accepting new students into its lesson program. First, each rider will have an evaluation session, where he/she will get to meet the instructors and horses, general skills will be assessed, and an initial plan developed. Lessons are generally once per week, and $40 each, to be paid at the beginning of each month. It may be possible to ride more than once a week if you desire, so please ask your instructor! Lessons are held in a large indoor arena, perfect for all-weather riding. Sessions are enhanced with short outdoor trail rides when weather permits. Currently, Triangle does enforce a 150-lb. weight limit for its riders. Please refer to the links below for the forms necessary to enroll in lessons. Also, don't hesitate to contact us with additional questions or concerns!

Triangle currently has five experienced and dedicated instructors. Laura Rutledge, Pam Rankin, and Sue Seisler are certified by NARHA. Please read our bios, in PDF form.
